I help people do their doing better.
For the past 20 years, I’ve designed and directed implementation of learning and performance solutions used worldwide for companies like Wells Fargo, Microsoft, Abbott Labs, General Mills, Thrivant, Chrysler, and 3M; learning companies like DigitalThink and Wilson Learning; US school districts and non-profit organizations like AARP; and well-known government agencies like the US Peace Corps.
I’m passionate about creating things/strategies that inspire people, teams and organizations to reach their goals and fascinated with solutions that motivate people to consider, to change, to be more. I believe great learning design directly impacts business performance.
Here are my lessons learned, strategies and tactics that have inspired or are intended to inspire learners, designers, and teams to reach their goals through learning design. Thank you for being willing to share and learn with me. I look forward to learning from you.
Although I live in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA, with my husband, two children, two cats, and some dust bunnies, I work with clients around the world.
